Common help topics
Confirm mobile data or Wi-Fi is available, then retry using the same ApiBuzz credentials used by your organisation. Do not send passwords in a support request.
Open Sync Now and keep the app in the foreground for the first full download. If a sync is interrupted, reopen the page and retry; queued field work remains visible for review.
Download the required map pack before leaving coverage. Confirm the pack is marked ready, then test the route once with airplane mode enabled before relying on it in the field.
Allow camera and photo access when prompted. ApiBuzz prefers the rear-facing camera for hive and inspection evidence. Check the image preview before saving.
Enable NFC, hold the tag close to the phone's NFC reading area, and keep it steady until the app confirms the read. Manual tag entry remains available when hardware cannot read a tag.
Follow your organisation's test instructions before moving between Xamarin and native builds. Never uninstall the earlier app or clear its data until field work has synced and your organisation confirms the transition.
